📥 Digital Files
All of the products sold through PharmKitty Design are digital downloads (SVGs, STLs, and other file formats). Once you purchase a digital file, you gain immediate access to download and use it.
Because of the nature of digital goods, no refunds, returns, or exchanges are accepted once a file has been downloaded. Please make sure you understand what you’re purchasing before completing your order.
If you’re unsure whether a file is compatible with your machine or software, feel free to message me before you buy — I’m happy to help.
Duplicate Orders
Accidentally bought the same file twice? Hey, it happens. If you accidentally purchase a duplicate, contact me within 3 days of the second order. If the download hasn’t been accessed, I’ll review the purchase and issue a refund or credit at my discretion.
⚠️ File Issues or Errors
If there’s an issue with your download — like a broken link, corrupted file, or missing elements — please email me at pharmkittyshopping@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
I’ll do my best to fix the problem or get you a working file ASAP. Your creative time matters, and I want you back to making, not troubleshooting.
👩⚖️ Unauthorized Use
All files are for personal and small business use only, as outlined in the license included with your purchase. You may not:
- Resell, share, or redistribute digital files
- Use files for print-on-demand, molds, or digital derivative products
Doing so violates the terms of use and may result in action.
🛍️ Physical Items – Craft Shows & Online Sales
From time to time, I offer physical products — like bookmarks, ornaments, or other laser-cut goods — either in person at local markets or through limited releases on this website.
All physical items are sold as-is and are final sale, unless otherwise noted at the time of purchase. I do my best to describe and photograph each product accurately, but please note that handmade items may have slight variations — that’s part of the charm.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 3 days of delivery (or purchase, if bought in person), and I’ll work with you to make it right. Replacement or refund decisions will be handled case-by-case.
